- Install, maintain & troubleshoot operating system and related software/hardware on multiple server systems
- Configure, install and maintain all servers (Windows and Linux) in regional point-of-presence (PoP) facilities
- Coordinate and distribute periodic releases of proprietary iBAHN software to PoP server systems
- Distribute periodic releases of images/patches/updates for domestic LobbyPCs using automated deployment tools
- Responsible for all PoP and hotel network management systems (NMS) operations
- Provide Tier 4 support for Tier 2/3 Customer Care Engineers and field engineers, and clients when appropriate
- Participate in periodic team objectives/projects, and document solutions for knowledgebase
- Determine ongoing requirements for PoP computer hardware, and create corresponding purchase requisitions
REQUIREMENTS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
- Some college; Information Technology degree preferred
- 3+ years experience in systems administration, support and architecture with an emphasis on Linux based systems
- Extensive knowledge of networking standards, protocols, security and performance tuning
- Proficient with Linux operating systems and technologies
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP and proxy systems and technologies
- Working knowledge of Visio, Excel and other office products required
- Demonstrable experience with the architecture/operations of Nagios and/or Groundworks NMS solutions strongly preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft servers preferred

- Create monthly intercompany invoices and reconcile intercompany accounts
- Maintain and update fixed asset accounts
- Provide adequate documentation to third party equipment lesser to support using equipment as collateral
- Reconcile bank accounts on a monthly basis
- Work with supervisor to ensure month end general ledger is ready to close books each month
- Follow internal control polices to ensure all accounts are audit ready and properly approved
- Research & document variances on expense accounts monthly
- Create journal entries to re-class any miscoded items
- Identify inefficiencies in account procedures and create procedures that will insure that they will be efficient and accurate
- Create and reconcile monthly accruals
REQUIREMENTS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting. Related experience may be substituted for required education on a year for year basis.
- 2 – 4 years experience doing General Ledger or Fixed Asset Accounting, or related functions
- Functional knowledge of accounting software, preferably Great Plains Dynamics.
- Functional knowledge and ability to create reports in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Working knowledge of GAAP

- Assist in developing sales action plans and strategy plans to penetrate the region
- Execute and sell iBAHN products/solutions and services in the sub-region in accordance with the sales action plans
- Identify new prospects for which to sell into
- Create opportunities with existing clients and new ownership groups
- Represent iBAHN at industry events such as trade shows, conferences etc. as necessary
- Navigates opportunities thru the sales process which would include preparation and presentation of contracts, providing information to the Sales Leader and generation of reports (pipeline etc.) as requested to manage the sales activity
- Monitors and maintains relationships in the region and will be the “face of iBAHN” in the region
- Manages leads, accounts and sales activity via all sales tools, including iCONNECT (CRM)
- Maintains complete, accurate and timely Contract Management information in iCONNECT
- Responsible to meet and exceed sales quotas/targets for new footprints sales and revenue generation
REQUIREMENTS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

- Six+ years professional, business-to-business sales experience
- Two+ years successful experience in the direct sales of solutions to the hospitality industry
- Experience functioning autonomously, particularly in virtual office-based environment
- Experience using automated sales tools for proposals and sales opportunity tracking
